What to include in your ticket
Connection and client issues
Include your platform, the route name shown in your client, when the issue occurred and what happened. For example, say whether the connection fails to establish or connects but cannot open the destination service. Include the exact error message and note whether the issue persists after switching routes or local networks. This helps identify whether the cause is your local setup or the destination service.
Payment and subscription issues
Include the order number shown in your panel, the plan selected, payment method and current order status. If you attach a payment screenshot, keep only what is needed to verify the payment and redact unrelated personal information. YanVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Refund inquiries
YanVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order number. See the Terms of Service for details, and check the original ticket for updates.
Do not send account passwords, full subscription links, access tokens or sensitive payment credentials in a ticket. Before sharing screenshots, check the address bar, QR codes and personal information.
Check replies and continue troubleshooting
After submitting a ticket, return to the user panel’s tickets page to check for replies. If you need to add a screenshot or more details, continue in the same ticket to keep the troubleshooting history together.
If you receive troubleshooting steps, report what happened after trying them and include any error that still appears. If you are not signed in to the panel, you can first check the guides and FAQs. For account or order status checks, submit a ticket.
