Service Scope

YanVPN provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management features, with coverage in 100+ countries and 210+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Available routes are listed in the user panel and may change due to maintenance or network conditions.

The service provides network connectivity only; it does not include accounts, content memberships or paid access for third-party websites. Access availability and displayed content are determined by each third party's regional policies, account rules and service status. Purchasing a subscription does not grant a license to use third-party content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription details secure, and do not disclose or share them with others. The user panel provides the client and subscription links. For information about how account details are handled, see the Privacy Policy.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, provided they are managed by the account holder. This does not permit reselling or renting out an account, or sharing a subscription with others. You may not repackage the service as a paid service for third parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. See the plans page and order confirmation for prices and allowances. Check the plan type and billing method before payment.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your activities, as well as the rules of the websites you access. You may not use the service for fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access or other illegal activities.

You may not send malicious traffic, distribute malware, disrupt other users' connections or engage in automated abuse that harms the service. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password promptly and report it through a support ticket.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination website and device settings. YanVPN does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, a fixed speed or uninterrupted connections. Maintenance, route failures and events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.

If you have connection issues, check your local network and subscription status first, then try changing routes and share any error message with customer support. Do not submit your password or complete subscription details when troubleshooting. The service is not a substitute for backing up important data. Liability is determined under applicable law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel, submit a support ticket with the relevant order details and state that you are requesting a refund. You do not need to explain your experience or provide a reason.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. We will discuss refund progress, the refund method and any details that need verification through a support ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that paid order end. These terms do not limit any rights granted to you under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you use the service unlawfully, resell an account, share a subscription, carry out malicious attacks or otherwise seriously breach these terms, YanVPN may restrict or terminate the service based on the circumstances. You may raise an objection and provide an explanation through a support ticket. Relevant orders and refund matters will be handled under these terms and applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, along with a revised “Last updated” date. Important changes affecting the benefits of paid services will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not reduce existing rights protected by law.
